Can we identify the U.S. Security Companies?

Can we identify the U.S. Security Companies involved in the Leon torture training?  Normally, if a foreign government hires a "U.S. Private Security Company" it is done under a contract deal usually through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) that for some reason, instead of spending our tax-payer's monies in helping the poor and developing better community based initiatives, have decided instead spending millions of dollars from our U.S. government coffers, to support questionable police training initiatives.  Hope with the new sheriff in town in January 2009, we will see less "mercenaries" for hire getting paid with USAID funds to allegedly "train" foreign police officials about "basic police and criminal investigative techinques" when these "mercenaries" or "former U.S. armed special forces" can barely write and spell their own names.   Sometimes, it is necessary to hire and send these former "US armed special forces" to a foreign country to teach and train lawful military techniques.....but they lack the credentials and expertise to teach U.S. based law enforcement and criminal investigative techniques.

Our Policy on Comment Submissions: Co-publishers of Narco News (which includes The Narcosphere and The Field) may post comments without moderation. All co-publishers comment under their real name, have contributed resources or volunteer labor to this project, have filled out this application and agreed to some simple guidelines about commenting.

Narco News has recently opened its comments section for submissions to moderated comments (that’s this box, here) by everybody else. More than 95 percent of all submitted comments are typically approved, because they are on-topic, coherent, don’t spread false claims or rumors, don’t gratuitously insult other commenters, and don’t engage in commerce, spam or otherwise hijack the thread. Narco News reserves the right to reject any comment for any reason, so, especially if you choose to comment anonymously, the burden is on you to make your comment interesting and relevant. That said, as you can see, hundreds of comments are approved each week here. Good luck in your comment submission!
