CIAD #8

We trust the accuracy of the reporting here of Molly Malloy. It seems clear, from the previous attack reported on another center CIAD, that this hidden organization wants to close down the centers of rehab of addicts. Maybe they did not know that memebers of CIAD from Sonora were coming to close down the three centers operating in Juarez, and this attack was intended definitively to scare them out of Juarez and maybe out of that work in any part of the country, Sonora included. A possible motivation could be that the rehab work was reducing the narco market and opening a new legitimate market of insider information of the narco work, of exposés of the network and its agents.
