40 metric tonnes, 100 kilos and a question

Dear readers,

Please find below a link to an article, published by ONA. This is a Venezuelan government agency, similar but not exactly the same as the US DEA. The article appears in Spanish. It states that, as of the date of the report, Venezuelan officials have seized 40 metric tonnes of controlled substances, which they call 'drogas'. 100 kilos were seized recently, attached to a ship under Greek flag, which departed from a US port. The vessel is the "Astro Saturno". Some Venezuelan officials have a question related to the passports of 2 persons. It is a strange but interesting question.
