Has Obama become complicit in alleged torture of detainees by Bush admin?

If anyone needed proof that Obama is just more of the same as we've had during the Bush years, he or she should look no further. Previously he was all gung-ho on being ‘transparent' and was in favor of making public certain prisoner-abuse photos that had to be released in order to hold Bush people accountable, and show the world we were turning a new page, yada yada... But now suddenly: it's not such a good idea--releasing the photos might anger the terrorists!  I guess killing thousands of innocent Iraqis and Afghanis must not anger anybody!!

Does Israel sit there and say: "I guess we better cease to exist, since our presence angers palestinians!"?! That would be absurd, right?... Israel does what it has to do and lets the chips fall where they may, as they should... If Obama is afraid to anger islamists, that's appeasement in my book... That's like letting the terrorists dictate our policies, rather than standing firm on our own principles... It's letting fear rule the day and not justice--pretty much what we criticized Spain for when they elected a socialist and pulled out of Iraq.

Or is the real reason for not releasing the photos that Cheney might get angry?! No one wants to see Cheney get angry... I can see him calling Obama at 3 in the morning: "Hey little feller... let's go on a hunting expedition... I want to introduce you to my little friend.... Heh heh heh....."     [Obama answers: Hillary?!? is that you?! this isn't funny!!]
