In my previous Narco News story on Sarah Palin I believed that she was going to be following a “script” when interviewed by ABC Anchor Charles Gibson. Now, I don’t know what to think after I reviewed the transcript of the interview which I posted in this story under the “Reference” caption. One thing is for certain, her responses are alarming!
After following the election mainstream, media organizations and Internet bloggers and other sources of information regarding the Barack Obama and John McCain U.S. presidential campaigns, I got the feeling that too many folks believe that they will be voting for Palin to be the next president of the United States and not John McCain.
I encourage our readers to please read at least The Sarah Palin Interview on ABC to get a better idea of who Palin is and what her political views are on different issues.
Once again, answers to the main issues that concerns our average working and retired people such as our ECONOMY are missing. The American people are ready for some positive economic changes. Bllions of tax-payer's dollars have been mispent in unfinished projects under the banner of National Security, and billions of dollars have been spent in wars - we don’t need more wars and we don’t need another “bully” at the White House for the next four or eight years that wants another 100 years of war.
A friend of mine sent me the following article to post it. It is a very interesting and informative article. This is the type of language that both Democratic and Republican camps ought to talking and not planning another war, especially with Russia. Enjoy the reading:
A neighbor recently told me "we get the kind of government we deserve."
"With a National debt, approaching ten trillion dollars, it is anticipated that the debt will increase by an additional one trillion dollars by the end of next year. This debt is money owed by you and me. It amounts to about one hundred thousand dollars for each household nationwide.
Next, the "unfunded obligations" of the United States for the generation to come is estimated to be at fifty trillion dollars. Translation: Approximately five hundred thousand dollars of debt per U.S. household. Numerically, it is an absolute impossibility to pay this amount unless you are a magician.
Just this year's interest payment, for borrowing ten trillion dollars, at about four percent, is close to four hundred billion dollars. That interest payment adds even more to the U.S. national debt; the debt owed by you, me, our neighbors, our loved ones, everyone who is a citizen of our country. If all these numbers make your head spin, welcome to the club. They, indeed, have surpassed our comprehension.
The ongoing crisis in energy, the housing market, the financial sector, the economy and importantly our Nation's approaching equivalency of bankruptcy signifies massive failures by our elected representatives at all levels of government, the very people who continue to vote themselves hefty pay raises at our expense.
Some noted experts have been quietly saying that, all things combined, this is the worst crisis we have confronted since the Great Depression. These same people worry that things could worsen and that the U.S. government is hiding possible worst case scenarios to prevent panic, if not public outrage. Meanwhile, our homes, income, Social Security annuities, retirement savings, wages, vehicles, and possessions all lose value. Our standard of living may well continue to decrease, compared to 2 years ago, perhaps irreversibly.
Members of Congress, who constitutionally have authority to exercise oversight, to pass all laws, approve all programs and authorize all Federal expenses, have failed us. In the face of this, Congress should have been addressing our most daunting crisis in nearly 70 years.
So, if we are honest with ourselves, we will acknowledge that the ongoing crisis' are as much our fault as they are our legislators because, in the end, as my neighbor so astutely observed the other day, we get the government we deserve."

The Real Sarah Palin According to Someone Closer to Her
Submitted September 13, 2008 - 4:01 am by Miguel ContrerasThis morning I reviewed a new Washington Post article where Sarah Palin's son who has Down Syndrome was mentioned along with a comment about a website: http://www.andrys.com/palin-kilkenny.html maintained by someone who personally knows Sarah Palin.
I reviewed the above referenced website and I felt that it was my duty to post it for various reasons. The main reason:
Sarah Palin and the John McCain Republican camp and his team of political strategist and advisors approved Paulin's rethorics in attacking Barack Obama as someone with the experience of a "community organizer." For a definition of a community organizer and some other interesting facts about the history of community organizations, please click at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_organizing
If my recollection is right, every president of the United States and their wives (First Ladies) have endorsed and encouraged Americans to get involved in volunteer work in community organizations such as ACORN. Just a few days ago our First Lady Mrs. Laura Bush spoke for community organizations.
Christ Jesus was and is considered a community organizer when he walked on this earth over 2000 years ago. Martin Luther King Jr., Cesar Chavez and a number of other notable people who have won Noble Prizes were considered "community organizers" such as Laura Jane Addams, (September 6, 1860 - May 21, 1935) who is the first American woman to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
