Come join Movement for Justice in El Barrio on the steps of New York City Hall at the first action to launch our “International Campaign in Defense of El Barrio”

STEPS OF NY CITY HALL With your support, we will make our voices heard loud and clear to the multi-national corporations that are buying up our neighborhood and to the politicians who are selling out our communities:

With the power of people across the world to resist we will fight back against a neoliberal empire of money that expects the world to surrender to its never-ending quest for profit.

The multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporation Dawnay, Day Group, is waging a war against our community from their headquarters across the ocean in London. Dawnay, Day Group recently bought 47 buildings in El Barrio with the sole purpose of forcing us from our homes in order to increase their profits. We will let them know that we will continue to fight back locally and from the ground up against the gentrifying forces in NYC but we will not let borders define and contain our struggle.
